Thank you for another great stay. This is our second stay and still as magical as the first. To say that Willow has enjoyed herself would be an understatement! Especially enjoyed our walks together. Take care, love Gemma, Ben and Willow xGemma, Ben and Willow - September 2020
Marvellous! The welcome cream tea was delicious and we also enjoyed the nice little talks with Sue and Jonah. A perfect holiday for all of us… we will definitely come back!Silke, Carsten and Kalle and Rasmus the Dogs - Hamburg, Germany, July 2015
Well, our 3 weeks have flown by! We’ve walked, revisiting old haunts and finding new places. Roman roads, stone circles, castles, all in wonderful scenery. Tan’s had a whale of a time with his friends Barney and Teddy. Thank you so much, Sue and Jonah for your wonderful place and our evening walks. We will be back for a 5th visit!Angie, Alan and Tan 🐕 - September 2019

What more can we add to previous comments about how great this place is and the warm hospitality of Sue & Jonah. We stayed 5 days and highlights included Dinefwr Park & Castle, day trip to Tenby and a sunny walk around the National Botanic Garden of Wales. Really comfortable cottage, fabulous views – probably the BEST holiday cottage we have ever stayed in. BIG THANK YOU!Irmi & Keith - November 2016
Not many words needed, just a brilliant stay – 4th time! Asked the dogs Max & Boyce what they thought of it – wagged their tails and started to bark, full of excitement!!!! – Guess they agreed! Diolch yn fawr to Sue & Jonah.Marcel, Annick, Max & Boyce - June 2016

It has been a real joy to return again to Basel Cottage, to your delightful and warm welcome. You are to be congratulated on keeping up your immaculate standards and personal warmth. With all our love xxxBeccy, Craig & Royston - May 2017
Thank you very much for your friendly and warm welcome – not to mention the little touch with the slate ‘Welcoming Sign’ and the delicious Cream Tea. You can tell how much thought and love and of course hard work that goes into running this beautiful cottage! There is so much space inside and outside and the views and tranquility of the setting is second to none. It was absolutely perfect for us and Murphy enjoyed playing and exploring outside. To bring the motorbike and the car certainly paid off and the roads around here are great ‘biker roads’. There is still so much to do and see! Thanks again from all of us xxxPaul, Birgitt, Carmen, Scott & Murphy the Cockapoo - April 2017
A lovely week in a beautiful cottage with fantastic surroundings, we had a lovely time!Stewart, Vanessa and Lucy - August 2014 (Second Visit)

Stunning cottage in an amazing location. Thank you for the wonderful scones on arrival. Rebecca had never tried them before and she is now a big fan of them! We had a fantastic time visiting Hay on Wye and museums in Swansea after travelling on the Heart of Wales Railway. Also went on the lovely Gwili Steam Railway. Took in the wonderful scenery this area has to offer and recommend the roads around Lynne Briane Reservoir. Also recommend Pengawse Tea Rooms in Llandovery – lovely food and large portions. Thanks for a fantastic week, we will be back again!Stuart, Julie & Rebecca from Wokingham - August 2019
