Our first visit to Basel Cottage and what a lovely, relaxing week we have had.  We have been so comfortable in the cottage and we have loved every minute of exploring the grounds.  We have seen very little of the area because we have wanted to spend our days here just watching the birds.  We identified 32 different ones here!  Thank you for being such lovely hosts and for the scones and banana bread.  Evie says ‘thank you’ to Barney and Teddy for the chews and for sharing their lovely woodlands and all its great scents!
