Our 2nd visit to Sue and Jonah’s lovely cottage.  We love this place and what a good week of weather we have had!!  We have walked every day – old favourites and new routes: Castles, Forts, Roman sites, not forgetting the Gin Haus Deli in Llandeilo and The Castle Hotel in Llandovery .  We are booking in for our 3rd visit Sue!

Our 2nd stay at this fantastic cottage.   Sue and Jonah gave us a very warm welcome and looked after us well during our week.  The cottage was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the log burner gave it an extra cosy feel.  We have really enjoyed our stay over the New Year and will definitely be back soon.  Thanks Sue and Jonah!  X

Great lazy stay, enjoyed being snowed in for 2 days! Max and Boyce did not mind that the walks were shorter this time.  Thanks again for the warm welcome and all the support.  Already looking forward to our next stay. Diolch yn Fawr!

Our 5th stay at Basel Cottage has been wonderful!   Always such a lovely warm welcome from Sue and Jonah,  who really are great hosts!  Brenie has had a peaceful few days away from the fireworks and we have had a relaxing stay too!  We will be back! Best wishes and thank you.

This was our 1st visit to Basel Cottage and hopefully it will not be our last!  It has been an outstanding base to explore the Brecon Beacons.   We have stayed in many cottages in the past but this is by far the best and most outstanding one in which we have stayed.  Sue and Jonah are first class hosts, nothing is too much trouble.
