Fabulous cottage with the most wonderful setting – views in every direction. Loved the paddock field and the little wood with its wooden cabin. Thoroughly enjoyed the Welcome Cream Tea. Sue and Jonah are wonderful, thoughtful hosts and we felt privileged to be able to stay in this wonderful cottage. Brynn and Ocea really enjoyed their holiday too, running and playing with Barney, Teddy and Simba. We feel completely rested and we were lucky with the weather.

Our second visit to this paradise. Spencer was pleased to see his friends Barney & Teddy and we were welcomed warmly by Jonah (2IC) as Sue was ‘absent without leave’ LOL! Everything was as good as the last visit, scenery, walks, cottage, even the weather was kind to us. We could not have had a better holiday. Thank you Sue, Jonah and the Basel Boys for letting us stay in this fabulous place – we will return again at some point. Thanks again xxx

Sue, Jonah and the beauty boys, sadly our fourth magical holiday here is coming to an end. But we will be back this time next year! Thank you for such a wonderful stay and for all the hard work you put in to keep this paradise a paradise! We absolutely love it here as do the crazy dogs. There are many places to visit – each time we have found somewhere different and the people in this part of the world are so warm and friendly. We shall be counting the months until we return! Thank you once again for everything xxx

Another home from home stay. Wonderful hosts, amazing place. As ever, thank you all. Special shout out to Llandovery Youth & Community Centre for helping out in my first week of work. We are already looking forward to our next visits in June 2024, September 2024 and New Year 2025 with Sue, Jonah, Barney and Teddy.

ANOTHER great stay at Basel Cottage. Sue and Jonah made us so welcome, the cottage is always so well equipped for a truly relaxing stay. Thank you! Jonah spent time teaching 2 of us archery – he was so calm and patient and the session was amazing. The dogs loved their time here – it truly is a ‘dog holiday’ for them. We are already planning when we can return. Thank you x
