Thanks Sue and Jonah for our magical week at Basel Cottage. We have loved every minute at this tranquil spot you both have created.
Fantastic cottage finished to a high standard. Great cottage and owners very helpful. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay even though the weather whilst we were there was wild. Would recommend.
Fantastic location, very comfortable cottage. Great base for exploring the Beacons and Carmarthenshire. Thanks to our perfect hosts. Hope to see you again soon.
Sue and Jonah thank you both for an enjoyable stay at your beautiful cottage. Basel Cottage is perfect, just like home from home, also the weather has been good to us. It was lovely relaxing for one week – just what we needed! Glad Barney and Patch got on so well. Thank you for the lovely Tea and Scones when we arrived. Congratulations on your special award! All the very best and we hope to see you again xxx
We have had a lovely holiday at Basel Cottage. The cottage was spotless which was very reassuring in these uncertain times – Thank You!Thank you for the warm welcome and delicious scones on arrival – lovely treat! The dogs enjoyed roaming the garden and the woods. Our highlight was Pen Y Fan on a beautiful sunny morning. All the best for the rest of the season. Stay healthy and safe. Thank you Sue and Jonah!
Our 5th stay at Basel Cottage has been wonderful! Always such a lovely warm welcome from Sue and Jonah, who really are great hosts! Brenie has had a peaceful few days away from the fireworks and we have had a relaxing stay too! We will be back! Best wishes and thank you.

Thank you for such a lovely time! We have really enjoyed Basel Cottage, especially the scones!
Excellent stay. Sue and Jonah provided a delicious Cream Tea on arrival! Very welcoming and helpful but not intrusive. Walked miles! Llyn y Fan Fach and parts of the Brecon Way. It is worth visiting the National Trust Gold Mines. Ate at The Castle Hotel which was very friendly. Good to avoid the crowds so will definitely be back! Many Thanks.
Happy to be back again with the lovely people Sue and Jonah and their two dogs Barney and Teddy. Lovely stay, beautiful surroundings and so much to see. Definitely a place to cherish and come back to. See you soon xxx
