We have had a lovely week staying at Basel Cottage.  Sue and Jonah gave us a warm welcome and were happy to answer any questions we had.  It is clear to see the hard work and effort that has been put into the cottage as it is so homely.  You are set in a wonderful location here!  Thank you for letting us have a holiday to remember!

Beacons – Wow!  Cottage – Wow!!

Our first stay in this lovely cottage – a haven of peace and tranquillity away from our busy lives!  Enjoyed fabulous walks and cycling in the nearby forests with hardly anyone around – bliss!  Enjoyed the patio area with fabulous views .  Thank you Sue & Jonah for being great hosts.

This is the second time at Basel Cottage.  Once again, we have had a lovely relaxing holiday.  You are both such lovely, helpful and friendly hosts.  This year we met Barney for the first time – He is adorable!  Thank you for the lovely scones on arrival.  Thank you once again xxx

Our 2nd visit to Basel Cottage.  Such a beautiful cottage, well equipped. Hosts Sue and Jonah are so friendly and welcoming. Visited Dinefwr – beautiful castle and grounds, Mumbles – lovely beach walk, Hired a boat in Brecon – lovely cruise along the canal.  Always a pleasure to stay here. Back soon, love Julie XXX😀

Our 2nd visit to Sue and Jonah’s lovely cottage.  We love this place and what a good week of weather we have had!!  We have walked every day – old favourites and new routes: Castles, Forts, Roman sites, not forgetting the Gin Haus Deli in Llandeilo and The Castle Hotel in Llandovery .  We are booking in for our 3rd visit Sue!

Our 2nd stay at this fantastic cottage.   Sue and Jonah gave us a very warm welcome and looked after us well during our week.  The cottage was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the log burner gave it an extra cosy feel.  We have really enjoyed our stay over the New Year and will definitely be back soon.  Thanks Sue and Jonah!  X
